Jayden completed a Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Technology Sydney as well as a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science. He is a climbing specific physiotherapist that has been working with climbers of all experience levels from Olympic level competition climbing to professional and recreational outdoor climbers.
Jayden also has a diverse background of experience working across a variety of sporting disciplines such as trail running, field sports, track sprinting, olympic weightlifting, powerlifting and has completed a performance analysis internship with the Australian Institute of Sport and worked with the Australian Olympic Canoe/Kayak Slalom team. Jayden’s experience across different sports allows him to individualise your rehab to your specific goals and lifestyle to get you performing at your best again.
Jayden has been seeing climbers from all over the world via video consultation for a number of years now and has developed an excellent system for helping you diagnose and rehabilitate your climbing injuries even if you can’t attend the clinic in person.
Jayden has moved to the UK from Australia and is looking to test himself on some peak district classics, he climbs 8a sport, 7c boulder and French 7b on gear - what’s this E grade stuff about?
